Company

Archemy™ is an asset-based consultancy focused on harnessing knowledge, managing innovation, fusing knowledge and AI, and bringing architectural discipline to enterprise transformation initiatives. By combining intellectual property with methodology, a knowledge management platform, and a catalog of reusable Archifacts, the company is able to make the most current technologies and business models available to its clients in a timeframe and at a cost comparable to standard implementation projects but with significantly less risk.

One may consider Archemy™ to be a “crossover” business that applies vetted traditional business methods to enable the digital industries and businesses of the future via various novel digital business services, functions, and roles as a consultant, incubation accelerator, software publisher, software franchiser, technology community builder, and technology “Asset VC” and analyst. Archemy™ has developed a knowledge management platform as well as proprietary knowledge and innovation management methodologies and related frameworks. The Archemy™ knowledge management platform currently helps guide innovation and accelerate digital transmutations via re-use of best practice knowledge-driven business solution assets via a creational pattern. Archemy's patent-pending knowledge management approach aims at fusing knowledge and artificial intelligence by making tacit/existing knowledge explicit, and extracting new knowledge via automated/real-time information processing. Knowledge harvested by Archemy™ becomes readily usable by various types of business solutions in various industries, not limited to business technology. Archemy™ maintains a unique catalog of best-of-breed, proven, reusable business solutions and related components called "Archifacts" within its knowledge management repository. Most of these Archifacts are intelligent digital business solutions that leverage various digital disruptor models including multi-sided platforms, subscription models, marketplaces, low touch (via solution autonomy), freemium, experience business models, dis-intermediation, closed-loop network, and reverse razor. To deliver its software franchising function, Archemy™ acts as a hyper-digital disruptor organization that uses the access-over-ownership model to disrupt by offering “sharing economy” in exchange of a commission or IP sharing (when participating and/or investing in the development of a solution) from vetted Archemist™ Community members monetizing they solution assets by renting or licensing them to “borrowers”.
